A high-end social club
Bathhouse in Charlotte, North Carolina
More than just a sauna facility or contrast therapy space, Sunday Hotsprings is a fully immersive bathhouse redefining wellness in Charlotte. Every element, from the minimalist design to the carefully curated sensory experience, is intentionally crafted to inspire relaxation, presence, and meaningful connection. The benefits of hot and cold exposure come naturally, but the experience itself is what sets us apart.
Beyond the Bathhouse Ritual
Our elevated guest experience is rooted in thoughtful hospitality, intentional service, and attention to detail.
A structured cycle of heat and cold exposure designed to work with the body’s natural response to stress and recovery.
Moving between sauna, steam, and cold plunge stimulates circulation, supports muscle recovery, and encourages physical resilience through controlled thermal contrast.
Beyond the physical effects, the practice is known to support mental clarity and nervous system regulation, creating a reset-like effect that leaves the body feeling rebalanced and awake.
Over time, repeated exposure helps build adaptability to stress, improve recovery response, and promote a greater overall sense of well-being through intentional discomfort and release.
