The Hot Room

Warm wood. Dry heat. Room to settle in.

Hot Room temperature

195–220°F

Our traditional dry sauna brings together tiered wooden benches, soft lighting, and the intense warmth that defines the Hot Room. The room is shared, with space to enjoy a quiet moment on your own or visit with someone you know.

The sauna is one part of your time at Sunday. Between time in the heat, step out into our indoor or outdoor lounges. There’s room for a conversation, a book, or simply a pause before exploring another amenity.
