Terms and Conditions
1. General
Sunday Hot Springs provides wellness facilities including a cold plunge, hot tub, dry sauna, and steam room. By accessing or using our Facilities, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
2. Access
1. Guests must be 18 years or older.
2. Full payment is required for access to a two-hour session.
3. Memberships are non-transferable unless specified in the "member contract".
3. Facility Usage
1. All facilities are used at your own risk.
2. Shower before and between using tubs, saunas, and steam rooms.
3. No food or drink inside the Facility.
4. No glassware or breakable objects.
5. No smoking or vaping on the property — zero tolerance.
6. No alcohol permitted on the property — zero tolerance.
7. No cell phone usage (except in emergencies).
8. Respect fellow guests and maintain a quiet, relaxing environment.
4. Safety and Hygiene
1. Consult a physician before using facilities if you have health concerns.
2. Follow all posted guidelines and staff instructions.
3. Stay hydrated.
4. Avoid prolonged or excessive heat exposure.
5. Report any injuries or incidents to staff immediately.
6. Exit the facility if you feel lightheaded, unwell, or overheated.
7. Clean up after yourself and maintain shared spaces.
5. Clothing Policy
Sunday Hot Springs maintains a modest, respectful environment for all guests.
1. Swimsuits or swim trunks are required in all bathing areas.
2. Rash guards or swim shirts are permitted and must fully cover the torso.
3. Board shorts or beach pants are allowed and must be knee-length or longer.
4. Revealing or transparent swimwear, including thong-style suits, is not permitted.
5. Clothing with offensive language or imagery is prohibited.
6. Guests are encouraged to wear a towel while moving between amenities and changing rooms.

6. Rules for Amenities
Cold Plunge
1. Maximum stay: 6 minutes.
2. No diving or jumping.
3. Enter and exit slowly and carefully.
4. No swimming or splashing.
5. Shower before and after use.
6. No electronics.
Hot Tub
1. Maximum stay: 15 minutes.
2. No swimming or splashing.
3. No food or drink.
4. Shower before and after use.
5. No glassware or breakables.
6. Be respectful of other users.
Dry Sauna
1. Maximum stay: 15 minutes.
2. Shower before use.
3. No electronics.
4. Stay hydrated.
5. Use caution around hot surfaces.
Steam Room
1. Maximum stay: 15 minutes.
2. No oils or lotions.
3. No food or drink.
4. Shower before and after use.
5. No glassware or breakables.
6. Stay hydrated.
7. Use caution around hot surfaces.
7. Conduct
1. Maintain respectful behavior at all times.
2. No loud noise.
3. No cellphone usage.
4. No photography.
5. No solicitation.
8. Liability and Indemnification
1. Sunday Hot Springs is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages incurred while using the Facility.
2. By using the Facility, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any related claims or liabilities.
9. Payment
1. Payment is required at the time of booking.
2. A card will be stored on file for future bookings or in-house purchases.
3. To replace or remove your payment method, update your profile or speak with an Entrance Host.
10. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Membership cancellations require 30 days’ notice.
2. No refunds for unused sessions, time, or missed appointments.
3. Cancel 24+ hours before your session to receive a full refund to your original form of payment.
4. Cancel at least 4 hours in advance to receive a full credit voucher.
5. Cancel less than 4 hours before your session and your booking is non-refundable and not eligible for credit. You may reschedule for the same day or next day, pending availability.
6. No shows or cancelations made after your session start time will result in a forfeited payment and credit.
11. Late policy
1. A fifteen minute grace period is provided for all sessions.
2. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be admitted to their scheduled session.
3. If availability allows, the session may be moved to a later time same day.
4. If no availability exists, the session will be forfeited.
12. Request
For requests outside of this policy, including extenuating circumstances, guests must contact hello@sundayhotsprings.com for management review and consideration
13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
1. Sunday Hot Springs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Acceptance
By accessing or using our Facilities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
